A Day At Courtyard Hotel, KK, Malaysia

Travelling to Kota Kinabalu left me little time to spare to see more of the city with so little time. Only I enjoyed my hotel room at Courtyard Hotel because I arrived 7 p.m. and my flight the next day to Singapore is at 2 p.m.

Things to Remember When Travelling

Airlines only allow travel-size liquids (60 ml and below) on board. Make sure toiletries are in small containers inside your hand-carry stored in resealable bags.
You can bring an emery board on plane but make sure to check in all other objects that might be considered sharp or edged. It will be confiscated if you don't check it in.
Photocopy your credit card, passport and bank information. Keep the toll free numbers of credit card issuers just in case. Keep one copy for yourself and for your parent or next-of-kin as backup.
Cross-border trips mean weather changes. Be sure to pack moisturizer, medicine kit, lip balm, alcohol or hand sanitizer, insect repellant, sunscreen and tissue or baby wipes.
